If you’re like most of my clients, as you’ve grown more and more people are involved in the customer experience. This can water down the telling of your story.
What I Do
I talk to you. I want to understand what you want customers to know.
I talk to your customers. The type of customer you want more of, that is. I go in depth with a handful.
Then I tell you what I heard, the story I uncovered, how to tell it in a way that gets heard, along with how much it will cost to implement. This takes about six to eight weeks.
Then you’ll be part amazed and part jeez-I-knew-that, but excited to get going. Or you’ll be kicking yourself for hiring YET ANOTHER consultant who wasted your time and money.
If you are in the amazed camp, we generally stick around during the implementation. If you’re in the kicking-yourself camp, don’t fret, you won’t have wasted THAT much time or money, plud you’ll be farther down the path to finding the solution that before we met.
I charge a fee to rediscover your story and a monthly fee to be part of the implementation. Fees vary based on the scope of the project.
